Kellie Peters is the best real estate agent to work with. My circumstances were unusual in many aspects, and she was amazing with all of it. First and foremost, she wanted to make sure everything was done professionally and ethically. After having taken my house off the market, I was approached by someone who wanted to buy it. Because that was odd, Kellie made sure everything was done the way it should be with regards to listing and then accepting the offer. After that, there were a number of requests from the buyers, ranging from wanting some of the furniture to wanting some mitigation done. They had a certain amount requested in credits, but, as my selling agent, Kellie helped me stand my ground and negotiate what we felt was a fair compromise. There was quite a bit of back and forth, and Kellie fought hard for me as her client. Lastly, after 23 years in one house, we struggled to get everything out on time. Kellie stepped in the night before closing in the pouring rain to help us move out the last of our belongings up until almost midnight, way above and beyond her responsibilities! She helped keep me calm when I was at my most stressed. Kellie was an amazing agent from start to finish, and I couldn’t possibly recommend her enough!
